General Pricing Policies:

All price list and website pricing for all products are suggested retail prices. Dealer discounts will be applied at billing.

Action Products: Website and price list pricing is all in Canadian dollars but purchases will be billed in US dollars directly by Action Products.

Activeaid: All pricing is in US Dollars and purchases will be billed in US dollars directly by Activeaid Products.

Attends Products: All pricing in Canadian dollars and billed in Canadian dollars by HPU Rehab.

EZee Life Products: All pricing in Canadian dollars and billed in Canadian dollars by HPU Rehab.

Healthline Medical Products: All pricing is in US Dollars and purchases will be billed in US dollars directly by Healthline Medical Products.

Hpurehab reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at Hpurehab.com at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that may appear on the website from time to time.


Demo Equipment Terms

To arrange for demo equipment please contact our office or download the demo agreement and return completed form to us by fax (416-739-7171) or email (info@hpurehab.com).

  1. Demo equipment out on loan is due to be returned within 30 days.
  2. Equipment not returned by the return date will be automatically billed to the dealer's account and considered a sale unless alternate arrangements are made prior to the return date.
  3. Equipment must be returned in the condition received, with supplied packaging.
  4. Dealers stickers/labels will not be affixed to demo equipment.
  5. Damaged demo equipment will not be accepted for return and the dealer will be responsible for the cost.
  6. Dealer is responsible for the cost of transporting returned demo equipment.

Return Policies

The return policies vary between manufacturers and are as listed below.

Activeaid return policy

All returns must first receive a Return Authorization number from ACTIVEAID’s customer service department. Unless otherwise arranged all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. The 15% restocking charges will also be placed on all refused shipments. Return shipping costs become the liability of the customer. Custom items and used items are not returnable.

Action Products return policy

Returns:

  • No returns after 30 days
  • Product damaged by misuse or abuse will not be accepted for return
  • A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returned products
  • Custom manufactured product may not be returned

Returns Procedure:

  • Call the customer service department 1-800-228-7763 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number
  • Carefully pack the product(s) using original packaging materials (if possible). Enclose the original packing list or a letter with details, contact information i.e., name, address & daytime phone number, online order number, email address
  • Return product(s) to the address below
  • All product(s) must be returned shipping charges prepaid, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused

HPU / EZee Life return policy

If you are not satisfied with a product you bought (special order items excluded) for whatever reason, return it within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please note: Any return needs to have original packaging. If product has been used the return will not be accepted.

When returning or exchanging product, original-shipping fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We cannot accept COD deliveries. We highly recommend you insure your return shipment.

Please refer to the easy-to-follow steps outlined below on how to return products.

To RETURN your product for refund:

1) Ensure that the product being returned is in its original packaging (along with manuals or accessories) and in perfect condition.

2) Contact us for a return authorization

3) Ship Product to:

Special Order Items:

Lifts such as stair lifts, porch lifts, pool lifts, scooter lifts, wheelchair lifts, modular ramps, massage chairs and custom lift chairs are special order items and are not returnable. For situations where the quality of materials or workmanship is in question we will be happy to work with you and the manufacturer to find a solution. The manufacturer has final say on all warranty claims.

Personal Items:

Personal items are those which are worn by the customer such as bath safety products, incontinence products and TENS/EMS electrodes that have been used are not returnable for hygiene reasons. For situations where the quality of materials or workmanship is in question we will be happy to work with you and the manufacturer to find a solution. The manufacturer has final say on all warranty claims.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Used or opened packages
Used personal care products
Sale or clearance items

Damaged Goods:

If your order arrived damaged, please return it immediately. If the error is ours, you will not be charged for additional shipping costs. We will then re-send your new order at no cost to you.
