Action® Xact® LP2 Cushion

The Xact® LP2 wheelchair cushion is a unique wheelchair cushion that blends pressure relief, positioning and several features and benefits not found in other off the shelf seating products. Available in several sizes from 16” x 16” to 22” x 20” in 2” increments it will accommodate users of various sizes.

The LP2 provides excellent pressure relief for those who are at moderate to high risk of pressure sores by incorporating strategically placed low shear polymer inserts and using a combination of foams to prevent bottoming out, provide above average immersion and extra protection to the coccyx area.

The moderate contouring for positioning is achieved using ethafoam and polymer that is shaped to envelope the trochanter for pelvic support, mild adduction and abduction of the legs. The contouring provides a low 2” leg channel thickness to minimize seat height.

The innovative cover design incorporates a red warning label to indicate incorrect fitting or green label for correct fitting, a rear velcro strap to secure the cushion to the wheelchair, two way moisture wicking stretch fabric under the thighs helps prevent sacral sitting and four way stretch fabric under the buttocks, working in conjunction with the polymer inserts, will reduce shearing.
