Action® Twister® Back Support
The Action® Twister® Back is an adjustable tension back support that replaces the existing upholstery in a wheelchair.
Like other adjustable tension backs, the Twister® back has multiple adjustment straps to allow the back to be contoured to the user’s shape and provide total support. Unlike other adjustable backs is has polymer inserts to immerse boney protuberances and prodies padding to protect the user from the chair’s back posts.
The Action® Twister® Back is available in 4 different widths to fit chairs fro 15” to 23” and both a standard and tall height in all sizes. The polymer padded overlay of this adjustable tension back is often used on Broda style chairs to prevent pressure sores on people with sensitive skin.
